Oops – that's what you call a case of bad timing.
The new issue of Playboy magazine has hit shelves, featuring Hugh Hefner's former fiancé Crystal Harris alongside the words: 'America's Princess. Introducing Mrs Crystal Hefner' – the day after Hef and Crystal's wedding was called off.
The pair had been set to tie the knot at the famed Playboy Mansion on Saturday in front of 300 guests. The ceremony was to be filmed by US TV network Lifetime.
But the wedding was axed on Tuesday amid claims that former Playmate Crystal, 25, had been cheating on the 85-year-old mag founder.
Now the July 2011 issue – which features a semi-naked Crystal on the cover wearing Hef's trademark sailor's cap and smoking a pipe – is likely to become a collector's item.
It was too late to stop shipment of the publication after Tuesday’s surprise announcement, sources said.
Inside the magazine, blonde Crystal poses nude in a seven-page spread as she claims in a glowing tribute to her former boyfriend: "I'm happier now than I’ve ever been in my whole life."
Crystal beging dating Hefner in January 2009. They got engaged last December.
Her manager, Michael Blakey, said reports about her cheating with Jordan were 'absolutely incorrect' and 'total fiction.'
He said of their split: "I have no idea what happened. All I know is that it was an amicable breakup."
Crystal has now reportedly moved out of the Playboy Mansion.
