The star was sued in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday (18Dec12) by talent agents The Collective, over claims she fired her team after signing a $100,000 per episode contract with America's ABC network.
In the documents, lawyers for the company allege she entered into an oral agreement last November (11) to hand over 10 per cent of her future earnings, but axed her managers in October (12) after working out the deal on the upcoming comedy, which is set to air in May (13).
The company is now seeking the commissions allegedly owed, amounting to $67,000 from the first 10 episodes Remini has filmed, plus 10 per cent on any future episode earnings.
