Bosses at Australian technology company Vividas, along with online distribution partners VEVO, YouTube, AOL/Huffington Post, Yahoo!\VH1.com and NYTimes.com will stream the event live to fans all over the world.
The festival, co-hosted by actresses Olivia Wilde, Minka Kelly, Sophia Bush and Selena Gomez, will benefit anti-poverty charities.
