When stars reveal 'too much information'
Cry us a river John Mayer. In a recent interview, the class-act womanizer whined about how big meanie Taylor Swift wrote her "Dear John" song about him, exposing his debauchery to the world. While T-Swift has never confirmed that the song is about him, Mayer's "bruised ego" is somewhat hilarious since his new record contains the track "Shadow Days," which is all about his breakup with Jennifer Aniston. And not forgetting that time he shared intimate details about Jessica Simpson's bedroom behaviour, calling her "sexual napalm." Like we needed to know.
During Hollywood's golden years, the personal lives of celebrities were closely guarded by the studios, meaning the public would never read juicy details about the sexual antics of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. As Swift and Mayer hash out their feud through the press, we're again reminded of other celebs who are eager to overshare about their private lives. Sick bags at the ready...
My QUESTION is....so why are YOU 'reporting' such stuff?
I have not read the 'article' and have no interest in doing so. A person's private life is exactly that, THEIR PRIVATE life. Tell me what they are doing career ways, what projects they are working on..I don't care about anything else.
I think celebs who have to share their bowel movements and sex frequency are definitely crossing the line of " way too much information".... they obviously need a lot of attention and that is plain inappropriate. Is Jessica Simpson a truck driver?... what exactly is her talent sometimes you wonder why these woman are given so my attention and money.
I wish writers like you guys were given better in depth assignments than these or flat out refuse to write such crap... pun intended.
You know, you might talk with your pals this way and giggle and be "vulgar" but to present yourself to the public like this is a little desperate and attention-seeking. Playing trashmouth is not sexy or cute. She is not a silly teen anymore and should grow up a little bit and start acting like a grown married new mother. And usually people who blab/brag about their sex life with private details are usually the ones who are NOT getting it and again, you don't put that out to the world.
