Unfortunately, the same year as her big movie break, came a break of another kind. Jessica filed for divorce from hubby and first love Nick Lachey who didn't waste any time being photographed publicly with new girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo. "Oh, it hurt me," Jessica told "Elle" magazine at the time.
