I think 2 unknown actors makes the most sense in that it pays homage to this automatic bestseller that came out of nowhere & captured readers the world over. Christian Grey is a different image to every reader as is Anastasia...the roles should not be filled by high profile actors. Definitely chemistry between the 2 actors is a must but should be as electric as depicted in the book. So many great novels that became movies have bombed due to trying to rewrite the book in movie word...& mistakenly casting well knowns....such as Clint Eastwood in the mega-seller Bridges of Madison County which also had Meryl Streep as actress...she was great but an unknown as the male leader would have been more complimentary to her & more romantic. Shades is about so many things but romance is the subtle thread that weaves it way through the course of the story...
In closing....this movie should not deviate from the book too much with 'creative' license in changing scenes from the book. The book that was written has more than proved itself...can't beat that!
