We're all well aware of the celebrity doppelgangers -- Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry, Fergie and Kirstie Ally -- and while many starlets unquestionably look the same, there are a select few whose aura and work history means we couldn't pick them out of the rolling credits if we tried. They are the commonly confused celebs, those with a weird kind of sameness that make you ask: "Is Spock the same guy as The Bear Jew?" Surely we're not alone in our perpetual mix-ups of these famous names...
