...hmmm...when you have the money...anything is possible...Stacey Kiebler has had sooo many face-lifts, anymore and they'll lift it right off her body...the elusive "fountain of youth" is no longer fantasy...it's just called "the scalpel of youth"...

How the hell do I click on Peta celebrity support & get Sweating with the Stars? As soon as I saw Jlo on this I knew there was a screw up when everybody knows she is a huge part of the fur problem. Ugh. Get it right folks!

Idiots, don't have a clue about how many lives they destroy with their extremists attitudes towards people they know absolutely nothing about. Why people listen to them is just beyong reasoning, they are ignorant and it's all about money and fame, nothing to do with humanity at all.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. The sad thing is that many choose to let others hear their opinion, when they really have no facts about the subject. Do you suppose Pam or any of these other "enhanced" beauties have ever had any more to do with animals, other than to oooh and awww over their cuteness? I wish everyone would familiarize themselves of the subject, and then form their own opinions. Without allowing so-called celebs to do their thinking for them. The really sad sheep are the ones that follow the herd, because a celebrity????? tells us its a good idea.

While it's true that many celebs have the financial means to hire elite trainers and visit the best Spas, everyone can benefit from following the same type of training programs. Getting active is the first step, having the guidance and feedback from a "qualified" trainer can make a huge difference (I may be a bit biased here...) but paying attention to the way in which you do an exercise and following a variety of different training modes keeps things productive, safe and fresh. Let's face it everyone puts on their "pants" one leg at a time, so choose a type of training that interests YOU (don't get sucked in by things that sound too good to be true or Cross over the top...and you may be able to avoid injury and disappointment)

Look for a resource to guide or a Trainer certified by an organization like ACE or the NSCA.

Lastly, it's up to you....Just Do It!
