While it's true that many celebs have the financial means to hire elite trainers and visit the best Spas, everyone can benefit from following the same type of training programs. Getting active is the first step, having the guidance and feedback from a "qualified" trainer can make a huge difference (I may be a bit biased here...) but paying attention to the way in which you do an exercise and following a variety of different training modes keeps things productive, safe and fresh. Let's face it everyone puts on their "pants" one leg at a time, so choose a type of training that interests YOU (don't get sucked in by things that sound too good to be true or Cross over the top...and you may be able to avoid injury and disappointment)
Look for a resource to guide or a Trainer certified by an organization like ACE or the NSCA.
