What happened to the alien-abduction movie? You know, the one where an ordinary person's reality is turned inside-out by the revelation that extra-terrestrials have been conducting some inappropriate midnight probings?
Blame "The X-Files," which made hovering saucers and stolen sisters commonplace during its nine season run.
