What about the sequel?

The Hunger Games is, of course, just the first book in a trilogy. (Catching Fire followed in 2009, and Mockingjay wrapped up the series in 2010.) Apparently, the sequel script is awaiting Collins' approval, and filming is expected to begin around September for a November 2013 release date. The main cast -- those who survived anyway -- have all been signed, and Lawrence has said that she will be resuming training this summer. We don't want to publish any spoilers, but let's just say that Catching Fire will play up the love triangle, and we'll be seeing more of President Snow as he clashes with a still rebellious Katniss.
