After LMFAO's vaguely lascivious opening medley (featuring a dancing zebra and tear-away pants), Billboard Music Awards hosts Modern Family (or "America's whitest surburban pretend couple") couple Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen warmed up the crowd with three expletive-laced music videos that contained the meme-ready phrase "adorable koala." While their attempts and hip-hop and country were pretty standard, they upped the creepy factor by wearing purple and red turtlenecks to sing a heavily-bleeped children's song.
I saw Katy Perry at Canucks place and she was beautiful, entertaining, sweet to her fans and did an awesome job!
I did not see lasts night performance, but if she was a little off that's ok we all have bad days. She is human like the rest of us and is going thru some difficult personal stuff that is blasted all over the world! I would want to hide in my house until it all blows over but at least she is still out there doing her thing.
Yes I know I sound like I think I know her personally but obviously I don't, but she she does come across as a very genuine nice young lady.
