The inaugural month of 2013 brought with it the usual celebrity traffic accidents, drug allegations, Twitter feuds and fisticuffs. However, unlike most other musical scandal-plagued months, January saw one or two stars attempt to make the journey down that rarely-trod path known as The High Road.

Well again the **** Bieber is not singing he is dubbing his music,his voice cracks when he tries to sing.He is so into himself always grabbing himself,and is he giving the finger in this pic or is he just spaced out on drugs again.
