Hedley frontman Jacob Hoggard was set to play "On My Own" at the Halifax Metro Centre in 2006. "I remember kinda ruining our first performance because I partied too much since it was our first Junos," Hoggard begins. "I was so new to the whole thing that I was like 'Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUNOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' and I went to sing and I was like 'cough cough.' It was a bit of a botch. We got there [the venue] and we were drunk and [drummer Chris] Crippin and I got in a fight and I punched this big glass mirror and broke it. The doctor had to come to the stadium to stitch me up before the performance. If you watch, there are Band-Aids on my hand and blood running down."
