Uh it looks like he is carrying a load and the extra material in

the legs makes it look like he has elephant legs but

thinner and darker.  The shoes are

likely expensive but look like slippers.

how does justin bieber walk like that? there's something called too low ride. seriously. there's swagger then there's just ****gy-ish. i mean really. the seat of his pants are like at his knees and unfortunately i'm not exaggerating.

I'M SOOOOO EMBARRASSED TO ADMIT TO BEING CANADIAN AFTER SEEING THE "BIEBS" DRESSED LIKE THIS!!!! WHAT IN THE NAME OF OH CANADA WAS HE THINKING?! MAYBE HE SHOULD LET MOMMY CHOOSE HIS OUTFITS FROM NOW ON! I'M GOING TO GO HIDE NOW.....
