i think that whitney houston was in a dark place and couldn't find the light. it's a shame that the world has lost a great talent and if it was because of the drugs that she died(we don't know yet), she will now find her way to the light where she will find only love. i like to think of it this way. thoughts go to her family who are hurting right now and let's respect their privacy.

Whitney, now you have been given the wings to take you to new heights and a place of never-ending peace.. I pray the media will let your memory live on in your singing and talent and in your lovely daughter ..may she have the best memories of her Mother in her heart always, and know that her Mom, Whitney, was loved dearly by many all over the world. She can hold her head up high and proud for the musical legacy her mother left to us all.

I will always love you Whitney RIP. God today got an angel who struggled in life like we all do. His mercy is her joining him. When god loves you and sees how much you are hurting he helps even though it hurts us the fans, the family. RIP WHITNEY HOUSTON

Sadness and loss is it seems the only chance we have some times. My heart does go to a very much darker place now knowing she has passed. I only believe that perhaps she couldn't find her way back, that maybe just maybe this was not in the cards. It would NEVER be because I didn't think her to be someone I would guard forever. She is, and always will be missed. Leave the story to go on without dragging her down. No more pain WHITNEY!!! Love you always.

I grew up with her music, I am the same age and our daughters are also both 18... life is short and I am saddened at the loss of such a great talent. RIP Whitney, you will be greatly missed. No more pain or struggle.

Very sad, but normal people die from the disease of drug addiction as well. Why don't all these stars spend there money on fighting against the disease instead of all the luxury lives they live. Just because one has a special talent, the media makes a big deal of it. What about the normal everyday person. Crap as all people have a choice and Whitney made hers. Loaded with money means nothing. Why not the poor soul on the streets, same disease, no one cares. This is blown out of context. Why not write about the poor soldier at 19 who just got killed fighting for our country so these quote stars can do what they do as we have our freedom. Same as poor michael j, elvis, they all made choices, the wrong ones.

Whitney's family we want to let you guys know that Nigerians from west Africa love you but God Almighty in heaven love you more.Advise to those who claim to be her friends in the america music industry, they should stop being an hypocrite, rather be a fellow brothers and sisters keeper.If they can gather themselves for the america music award, i see no reason why they cann't have a collective mind by helping Whitney from her problems.Instead, they start talking foolishness in the 2012 Grammy Award how she looks beautiful,how she was a nice woman.At the time she needed their help they didnt show up, now she is gone they 're all showing the world their fake cry. They shouldn't forget everybody is indebted to these so call deeth.God in heaven will give the family Whitney Houston the heart to bear their lost and i pray to God to grant soul a to peace to rest Amen.I love you and i will miss you.
