September is the time to pack away the patio furniture, stock up on salted snacks and settle in for a winter's worth of bad television viewing. But what can we expect on the box this season? Daytime television still is trying to figure out what a post-Oprah lineup should look like, the cast of Friends is still trying to regain half their former viewing numbers, and TLC is still trying to educate us with a soirée of hicks, pushy parents, and the Amish.
Of course, it's hard to ignore the fact that reality TV will be playing an enormous role in our viewing displeasure in coming weeks as The X Factor, The Voice, Survivor, Dancing with the Stars and The Amazing Race all kick off new seasons. This then got us thinking: What would the face of reality TV look like if all the participants were A-lister stars?
